Sims 4 Double Clicking Issue

    It ended up being a glitch when I first opened it, just had to go in and out of the game and the music started and double clicking stopped. Thanks for the response!

I have the same issue and fixed it for my personal game. All I did was change my game view to "Windowed". This also allowed me to hear my music. (Mac)
