I HAVE TO DOUBLE CLICK ON EVERYTHING ON THE SIMS 4 AND IT'S ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING. In CAS mode, I can't take off certain items because I must double click, and it won't remove it. I just installed it today and this is happening. Please help!
Me too. Honestly, with every Sims 4 update the game is less and less playable. I am so sad because I love the sims...but as for now, I do not recommend anyone buy this.
@bubblehorse and @sizzles1999 , have you tried any of the solutions mentioned in this thread? And if you are still having the double click issue, can you please send us more information to assist you. Such as what version of the Mac OS are you running and your computer specs.

This is great and all but the double-click issue is back and makes the game not worth playing.
This issue fixed itself once I quit and restarted Origin.
