Sims 4 error code 801;no mods or cc
My daughter has expansion packs but no mods. Its giving her the error message. We have repaired threw origin and delete the cache, and still same issue.

This error code is normally mod related, however it could also point towards corrupted saves.
Could you try these basic troubleshooting steps in sequence and see if it helps things?

- Move your Sims 4 folder out onto your desktop and let the game generate a new one. You can find the folder in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If your game then works ok the problem was in your user data (most causes for this are incompatible or conflicting CC/Mods).
