sims 4 folder files

im having to keep downloading my sims 4 folder / files on my MacBook because it automatically undownloads them for me by itself, I have removed the cc mods but that wasn't the issue and I uninstall and reinstall the game from origin but that wasn't the issue either. im unable to play the game properly if the sims files keep undownloading itself randomly and im unable to save my game because it keeps freezing because of this issue. please help, this issue has been going on for a couple of weeks now I tried everything and nothing works and this issue puts me off the game.
