Sims 4 Gallery causing game to crash

Hi! I love Sims 4 and I've been playing for years but every time I try and open the gallery, the game completely crashes. It shows the original "The Sims 4: Share your creations with the world" message but then the MAC rainbow loading circle appears and it crashes to my origin home screen. Its been doing this for a few months now so I recently undownloaded and re downloaded hoping it would help but instead I just lost all the progress I made and still no luck with the gallery. Anyone else having a problem like this?

Hey @alex123zandra can you try resetting Origin on your Mac to see if it helps: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

Hi, I have tried every single suggested bug fix for this issue but have had zero luck - it's really effecting my gameplay, do you have any other suggestions on how to fix this please? I'm getting desperate!!
