Sims 4 game packs

I have been scouring the internet about how to use previously bought packs/mods that have seem to have disappeared from my laptop (Mac). I have been able to find my mods folder, which only holds a document called "Resource.cfg". One of the photos I have attached shows ALL of the packs I had previously had installed and used only a few months ago, but now that I want to play again, the game I had saved with all the mods says that I need to buy the packs again to be able to load the game. The second photo I attached shows all of the installation data from the packs that have disappeared but I have no clue how
