sims 4 help me pls
Hi! So, long story short--I just got my macbook air fixed and noticed that while playing Sims 4 the traits panel disappeared. I originally thought it was due to my mods until I removed all of them and the problem still occurred. After putting my mac into safe mode, I tried to relaunch the sims 4 and received the message saying "Unable to start: Hardware does not support running The Sims 4.
[89306149:bc6bb669:00000086:00000000]" which confuses me to this second because after looking at your post regarding which macs support metal and which don't, I found that my mac supports metal. I don't have the legacy version downloaded as of right now (i checked the queue). PLEASE help me. EA chat support is not helpful at all.
