Sims 4 is freezing at load screen, Please help?!

Since yesterday when I had accidentally opened my game when I was looking for the saves folder on my macbook and had quickly/stupidly forced quit instead of waiting for the game to load completely to...

    Lol, glad it's working again! Replace the newly created Saves folder with your old one and see if it works. The issue is most probably CC related.

I love you! It worked, But the thing is I need to be able to play my save file...I do sims 4 legacy stuff on tumblr :D

    Again thank you! You are wonderful and I love you! But I am curious should I re-download my cc or leave it out?

      You could try re-downloading it, especially is it has been updated. If it screws up the game again you know what to do to fix it 🙂
