My 'The Sims 4 Packs' Folder Is Missing

Hello! So, I was playing the sims as normal but I can't find my packs folder. I've looked everywhere and tried anything. I am also on a different device (I usually use a MacBook, now I'm on an iMac.) then what I usually play on. 

I have tried everything but I still cannot find it. 

Please help!
