What happens when the bug occurs? Lets say im playing the game. All normal then, i buy a house or apartment (totally normal) but the floor is 'invisible??" i tried opening a vet clinic, same thing. floor is invisible. after it starts freezing and it crashes.
What do you expect to see? an invisble floor, freezing and then crashing out in under 10 minutes

ok so in the sims 4 the floor on any of y apartments/houses etc is invisble- ive tried restarting my computer, the game and tried stating a completely new game. heres some pictures for context:

Merged your bug report into this ongoing thread on the issue for your specific Mac. This issue appeared to have been fixed, sadly it's either back or something has triggered it to happen more often again.

Did this happen after a game update or OS update? Or has it always happened and is happening more frequently recently?
- @Bluebellflora it happened right from day one when i installed it - no OS updates recently
