Sims 4 Keeps Freezing/Crashing on my MacBook Air. Tried Everything Please Help.

Hello. So I recently installed The Sims 4 on my Macbook Air 11". Upon starting up the game, it said that the video card of my MacBook was unsupported, so I have the play the game with low graphics or something like that. So I changed the game resolutions to low and played at windowed and laptop mode. At first it seemed to work; I was able to create my Sims with no problems. But as soon as I put them in their house to actually start the game, the game always freezes at the loading screen (the one with the plumbob). When this happens, something called 'Wine' appears in the dock saying 'Program error'. When I try to close this 'Wine', the whole game crashes.

I tried everything everyone recommended on the forums (like deleting the cache files, moving the options.ini file in the my desktop, moving The Sims 4 folder in my desktop, etc.) but the same thing happens over and over again. At first it seems to work properly then just freezes, then crashes. What do I do? Please help SOS I really want to play.

I have enclosed a screenshot of the specs of my MacBook Air. Thanks.
