My Sims 4 CAS won't work since the update. The game gets stuck on the loading page and continues loading forever. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’m having the same issue. My game works fine, but as soon as I have my sim try to plan an outfit and it goes to the loading screen, I noticed that 2 songs start playing over each other and it never goes to cas.
I have the same issue and have yet to figure out a solution. I've also noticed that I'm able to get to CAS for some sims but not others. I can't figure out what the common denominator is. I think it's an EA issue and not a cc/mods issue. It was working for a bit after the update but now I'm back to square 1.
I had the same problem but followed the steps posted by bluebellflora and I've been able to resolve it.
By adding all of my mods back in gradually, then repeatedly testing with/without one mod, I've narrowed my issue down to Twisted Mexi's All Scenarios. I've just seen another thread about this and apparently a number of mods can cause this, so you may want to check that out:
