    Yes it's working fine now, just can't put the graphics quality above low.

Do you have any CC? 

if you do, try deleting them.

If you do not have any CC go to Finder. 

then click documents,

Sims 4, 

and take the File that says "Options.ini"

Take it out and put it on your desktop.

if this doesn't work I am so sorry, I don't know what to tell you.

I'll prey that it fixes.  ☹️
