@Bluebellflora Now what do I do? Because I put my game on the desktop and my savings is on there and made a new folder for it. I do feel like it has to do with my savings.

See how performance is with a new game. If it improves then substitute the newly created saves folder with the one in the Sims 4 folder you moved. If it perform as badly again then you know the issue is your saves.
