Thank you! I didn't know to turn that on lol. Do I need to trash the options.ini to test graphics or is that only if I have problems again?

If you followed the instructions in the link you should have a completely new clean Sims 4 folder which means a new Options.ini file has been created, there would be no purpose to trashing a newly created file and you would need to enable vsync again. Why do you need to test graphics? Are you also having a problem with in-game graphics?
