I have the same PROBLEM! No one at EA has helped me and I've written to them 8 times. I haven't been able to play since Saturday, it's a disaster, you pay so much money for a game and it's NON-FUNCTIONAL!!!!

The only way i've now been able to play is by starting a whole new game which is just not ok
