Sims 4 packs and uninstalling on macs

Hi, I have recently uninstalled the sims 4 off my mac to reserve space. when I go into manage space on my mac and click applications I am met with a file where all my sims 4 packs are. As I deleted the sims 4 through origin successfully, am I safe to delete the file which is named. "sims 4 packs" and reinstall when I install the sims 4 again? hope to hear back from you.

    Yes, the Sims 4 Packs folder is where all the EPs, GPs and SPs are installed to. Interesting that the folder is not also uninstalled automatically, did you uninstall the game through Origin or just trash the Sims 4 app?

    I uninstalled through origin. I only noticed when I was throwing away other files that it was taking up to 40GB of space on my mac. I plan on reinstalling my sims game and packs onto an external drive this Friday. Do you reckon its safe to delete the files containing packs off my macs?
