When I play my new save file on my macbook , there is a 5-10 second delay when clicking other sims and the computer. I have tried resetting my Electronic Arts folder, repairing the game through origin, looking in different forums, taking out my CC and Mods, creating a new save, changing my graphic settings to low and it still occurs.

Intel HD Graphics 5300 1536 MB
I am playing the normal version, I am running the game with CC and Mods, I have tried repairing the game and I am not using any anti-viruses.
