Sims 4 Saves From the Last Calendar Year Missing 7/2024

I loaded up my game today and the last save that is available is from March of 2023. I played on this save a few days ago and closed out as normal but now it is gone, along with every other save from 3/2023-7/2024. I didn't do anything differently. I have played the Sims 4 regularly for the last 8 years and have never had this problem- I've been playing this family for two years and would love to have the save back. Any tips are appreciated.
