sims 4 says its running but it is not mac

I have a Mac. I have tried opening sims 4 but cannot. It gives me the "Unable to start: The Sims™ 4 is already running. [ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]" code. I have tried to force quit the sims 4 & origin using right click and -command, option, esc-. Most of the time the game will not even show up when I use the keyboard shortcut to bring up my options and if it does show up its red and says next to it (not responding). I have uninstalled and reinstalled Origin, uninstalled and redownloaded the game. Manually moved all the sims/EA/Origin files to my iCloud drive (as I cannot access my desktop & documents folder anymore, don't know why). I have hit update and repair on the screen for Sims 4 in Origin and that does not fix it. Please help.

Edit: I have Ventura 13.5 installed and use utorrent WEB to download Origin
