Sims 4 stuck on Loading screen and just says "OK" Help pls!!!

Hi so my Sims 4 game loads just fine but where theres supposed to be text such as New Game it just says OK on everything! When I click it, it loads but is stuck showing the green loading Sim sign. However, i can still clicks as if everything is behind it but i just can't see it. I've tried updating, re installing and even repairing but nothing is happening. I need help please. I paid like 30 dollars for this game... i would at least like it too work. (I'm using origin on MacBook BTW. Not sure if that makes any difference!)

Can you please post a screenshot showing the 'ok'? Do you play with CC/Mods and if so can you please move them out and see if your game works properly?

Yes I've don't that. Ive actually restarted, updated, repaired, force quit and now another error has happened. It is saying that Sims 4 is already opened and can't be opened. Ive searched everywhere for an answer but none work for me. By any chance do you know how to fix this?

Please can you provide more information about your Mac. Instructions on how to do so here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162

Restart your Mac then perform a super repair on the game:

    1. In your Applications folder right click on the Sims 4 app and select Show Package Contents.
    2. Navigate to Contents > Mac OS.
    3. Right click on The Sims 4 and select Move to Trash. Don't drag the file as it will only move an alias and leave the original in place. If there is another file in the folder, The Sims 4.par, leave it alone.
    4. Now open Origin, click on The Sims 4 in your Games Library and click on Download.
