Sims 4 stuck on loading screen....forever.
i got the sims 4 about 4 days ago, and it was working rlly well until I restarted the game to get a mod (mccc or something like that), but when i came back, the game wouldn't load, I literally had it...

Does it load? Can you play a new game successfully?
no....
in fact, removing AND renaming the folder kept my user files for some reason. So i couldnt even start a clean game.
The loading screen, still goes on and on...

Why would you move AND rename the folder? That's completely unnecessary. Whatever you have done is not correct unless you have iCloud Drive Desktop & Documents setup which can interfere with the Sims 4 folder due to syncing.
Please post a screenshot showing your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder contents, with the path bar clearly visible at the bottom of the Finder window. Here's an Apple guide on showing the path bar - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mchlp1774/here it is
I do have the EA folder inside a "games" folder so thats why you see minecraft there too lol

A full screenshot with the path bar showing please! All that shows me is you have an Electronic Arts folder, it doesn't show me the exact location of that Electronic Arts folder. If you don't know how to do this I provided a link in my previous post that has instructions.
