I am literally experiencing the same thing. Have you tried resetting Origin using the Reset Tool? This has helped me before in the past, but it isn't helping me anymore. But it might help you with your situation. A chat agent assisted me with it yesterday, so I attached the steps for you in the link. Let me know if it helps or not. I sent them an email today and waiting to hear back. I think our Origin accounts are messing up due to them switching platforms, personally. But the agents won't confirm or deny that theory.
I just tried your suggestion and it's still stuck on loading screen during initial startup.
