Still not loading. Should I do these steps, restart my mac, then try launching again?

Which Mac do you have? Model and OS.
You have moved the Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts so the game creates a new one when you launch it? The whole folder?

I have a Macbook Air 13, iOS Sonoma Version 14.1.1.
And yes I completely moved the entire EA folder to my desktop, as if I was resetting my game.

Can you post the specific model MacBook Air please, from About This Mac. You may not think it important but knowing the exact model can be very helpful.
Where is your game installed? On your internal drive or on an external drive?
Have you disabled Origin in-game?
How much space is left on your internal drive?- amindlessgurl2 years agoSeasoned Novice
My apologies, I thought I did. I have attached a photo of the information you requested.
I'm a little tech savvy, but not a lot so I think I attached that info in these photos. If not, can you show me how to find the internal and external drives?
I have disabled the Origin in-game as previously suggested as well.
