Sims 4 Tray Importer Mac

So I used to use the Sims 4 Tray Importer all the time to get rid of bad cc or cc that I just didn't like. Anyway, I opened it again the other day and it wasn't showing the house I uploaded to the gallery to get rid of(or any gallery items). So I put the Tray importer in the garbage and re-downloaded it. Now I can't even open it, it just says this(the photo). I know you're supposed to go to settings and click that I know who the developer is but it doesn't come up for me. Any solutions for this issue?
