SIMS 4 UNEXPECTEDLY QUTTING

Can anyone help me because my sims 4 keeps 'unexpectedly quitting' i've been looking for a solution for a while i've tried loads of things like clearing out mods, reseting my game, having it searches...

    How far into the game launch did you get? The Sims 4 folder recreates as soon as the game screen appears. Are you stating that now you don’t even get to the main menu? In your OP you said you couldn’t play for more than 5 minutes. I’m trying to figure out exactly where your game is now crashing.

    Don’t search for the TS4 folder, manually navigate through to Documents > Electronic Arts.

What do you mean by “all of these”? All I asked you to do was move or rename the Sims 4 folder so a clean one was generated and then report back whether it crashes or not 🙂 did you try just that one step?

I did that and nothing new generated.

      Hi sorry for the long reply but i re tried your method of moving the folder and then going on the game so it re generates a fresh version. Well it worked for an hour then it 'unexpectedly quit' again.

        Slight improvement! Did you copy any files or folders from your old Sims 4 folder into the newly generated one and if so which ones?
