Thanks 🙂 It all looks good. You don't need the Legacy Edition, it is not a fix for anything but a way for people on older machines to be able to play. I think you should uninstall the game again, run the Origin reset tool - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/ turn off automatic updates in Origin, then re-download the game again. That will at least get rid of the Legacy Edition you downloaded that you don' need and may fix the issue 🙂

Update: The video card error is fixed (yay!) but now it says I need to download the legacy edition, so I'm confused since my MacBook shouldn't require it ☹️

Hmm. You don't need Legacy. Has a new Sims 4 folder been created? Is there a new Config.log file in there? If so can you upload it again?- @Bluebellflora I just checked my folder and even though I definitely don't have the Legacy Edition (confirmed by the error message) there is only a legacy instead of a regular Sims 4 file.
