Thank you for replying and sorry for the late response! My game is redownloading now and I'll update what happens. Thanks again 🙂
Update: The video card error is fixed (yay!) but now it says I need to download the legacy edition, so I'm confused since my MacBook shouldn't require it ☹️
Update #2: I'm trying again just in case I accidentally skipped a step (edit: same result ☹️)

Hmm. You don't need Legacy. Has a new Sims 4 folder been created? Is there a new Config.log file in there? If so can you upload it again?

- 6 years ago@Bluebellflora I just checked my folder and even though I definitely don't have the Legacy Edition (confirmed by the error message) there is only a legacy instead of a regular Sims 4 file.

Thanks 🙂 Please can you try this:
- In your Applications folder right click on the Sims 4 app and select Show Package Contents.
- Navigate to Contents > Mac OS.
- Right click on The Sims 4 and select Move to Trash. Don't drag the file as it will only move an alias and leave the original in place.
- Now open Origin, right click on The Sims 4 in your Games Library and click Repair Game.
