Sims 4 Wind Animation

Downloaded Sims 4 Island Living the day it came out, and already had Seasons installed. Have noticed that none of my worlds are affected by wind anymore -- no trees or plants sway in the wind during any weather including when its windy. Thought it was just in Sulani at first but now don't have any plants moving in any world.
