Sims 4 Won' Open

Sims 4 was working flawlessly on Origin, but now it refuses to open on the EA App. I’ve deleted the game and the EA App, reinstalled them multiple times, ensured my computer was updated, repaired both the app and the game, and yet, it still won’t open. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the significant amount of money I spent on the packs and add-ons. Since this is a new Mac, I’m at a loss as to why it’s not working. I’ve already reached out to EA, but I haven’t received any response. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue?
