I opened the game and it was stuck on the initial loading screen, after having removed all the Mods, reinstalled the game and Origin twice and having cleared all caches the issue persists. If I open the Sims offline it loads only to read "update in process come back online." PLEASE HELP !!!

I tried taking the folder out of documents into desktop to generate a clean folder, but that doesn't work either
Nope, just a completely clean reinstalled game folder, no saves or anything- still no luck. I even ran a virus check on my computer that also came back clean
