Sims 4 wont start because all mods are corrupt.

I am a mac user and semi-regularly play and I keep up to date on all mods- I check weekly to make sure I have the latest update. I was tired of my gameplay wanted to start fresh so I deleted everything including saves and mods. I redownloaded some of my favorite mods and some cc that I loved using before and some new cc. When I tried to start my game again I got an error that some CC was corrupt, I took it out and tried again. This happened with every piece of CC that I downloaded except for MCCC. I know that some of the CC I have now is the same as what I had before and my game was running smoothly. I have tried taking out the mods folder and letting a new one appear, repairing the game, reinstalling the game, and putting the CC back in small batches. I get errors that everything is corrupt aside from MCCC.
