sims 4
When I open the EA app, I click play next to the sims 4. It acts as if it's going to load the application but it never does. When I right click on the app in the dock it says it is unresponsive. I've tried restarting my computer, restarting the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, clearing cache in the EA app, and running repairs on the sims 4 and nothing has helped. I am only using about 224 GB out of 500 GB on my laptop and have no other applications running. I recently updated my Mac to Sequoia and the problems seem to have started then. Any additional suggestions?

Does it still happen with none of your current user data in the new Sims 4 folder?
