sims 4

I bought and downloaded the Sims 4 expansion packs Cottage living and Snowy escape on my Mac, however when I open the game the extra content isn’t showing up within the game... I have no idea what is going on, as I just downloaded City living and it's working straight away.. it's very stressful and I am unable to contact the EA supprt as it doesn't work at the moment...
