Sims game shows packs as installed but dont show up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.81.72.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & dogs, City living, cottage living, get famous, Seasons, snowy escape, vampires, parenthood
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entering game
What happens when the bug occurs? None of my packs show up
What do you expect to see? When i see content the packs show up as installed but when I actually go in the game it doesn't show up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
