Sims keeps crashing when sending Sims to Willow Creek lots

Other than the park, if I send any sims to a non residential lot in Willow Creek the game crashes. Also, I cant replace the lots because the game overwrites it instantly. This is only an issue in Wil...

What do you mean "the game overwrites it"? Please could you be a little more specific?

Are you playing with CC/Mods?

I mean that even if I download a lot from the gallery and place it there, the game doesn't change the lot. I'm not sure how to explain it better than that.
I am, but I've already tried playing with CC and mods turned off and the problem persisted.

  Could you please move your whole Sims 4 folder to the desktop then launch a brand new game with none of your user content, it will be like new. Try placing a gallery build when you are on the lot and also from the map screen. How is it?

    No, the problem is still persisting ☹️
    If I click build lot it takes me back to the manage worlds screen (with the icons for Willow Creek, Oasis Springs, etc) and if I add a lot from the gallery straight onto the map the game just replaces it with the original lot
