Sims On Multiple Consoles

Hey everyone, If I play Sims 4 on xbox one, but want to continue the same game on my Mac or iPhone... can I?

Do I need xbox play / x Cloud?

Do I need a controller?

(my family wants to play the xbox at the same time as haha!)
