sims4 items removed!!

I build the camp then i put sims to live thier

today I runnig sims 4 then I enter to play then message show up; item removed

I already Exist the game without saving then i tried repair the game

but it didin't work the same message still show up to me.

what wrong on my game

note:

I don't use any mod or CC or unofficial/custom content

Are all your purchased packs showing up correctly in-game?

in origin game list my purchased packs shpw already installed.
(item removed) message appear to me many times before especially when I change my sims clothes (Plan Outfit)

Ok. Could you please repair your game and see if that resolves the issue - right click on the game in your games library and select Repair Game.

I didi it and it doesn't work!!

Not sure. Have you disabled any packs from loading?

That message is typical when CC is removed from the Mods folder, are you really sure you've never download any? Could you post a screenshot?

I meant a screenshot of the message in-game you are experiencing, not your Mods folder.
