Someone please help!! Origin keeps quitting Sims 4 (Mac)

Whenever I open the Sims 4, it quits before it even gets to the main menu. It happened after I updated it, even though it worked perfectly for a while and now it's completely broken. I have a 2022 Ma...

    Hi just replying to my own message because I finally fixed it after hours. I found a comment by @Bluebelflora and all I had to do was take the sims 4 folder out of the electronics art folder and put it in my desktop so a new one could be generated
