Sulani Waves Screen Glitch (Black Waves)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Laundry Day, Patio Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, and Romantic Garden Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? There seems to be a split across the screen that only affects the waves overlay in Sulani, it turns them from a white foam to a black foam and it moves when you move your camera.
What do you expect to see? All white foam overlay.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
When I restarted the game with my CC removed, the split still occurred, but at a different angle. The bug also did not appear until today, though I did notice once that the waves had appeared all black, without the split. Please let me know if the video links do not work, I've never uploaded a bug issue before, so I'm not too sure I'm doing everything correctly.. Thanks!
