Sulani Won’t Open

Every time I open Sulani all it shows is a blank white screen and there’s no map for me to go into the world and such. I also cannot leave unless I fully exit the game once I click the icon. I have t...

    How about if you move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and allow the game to create a new one?

No because all your user data is in the Sims 4 folder you're moving. When you load the game it will be like new. Create a sim, move them into a lot and play for 10 minutes or so (try all this in Sulani).
