This is normal behaviour and not a bug. If you play in full screen mode the Dock will not pop up when you move your cursor to the bottom of the screen.

But it's not a glitch, it's just the way the Dock works. You could move your Dock to the side of your desktop. Go into System Preferences > Dock and play around with the settings.- 6 years ago
When I called Customer Service they told me to put my issue on here so they know if it’s happening to other people, and then they said they might try and fix it. I was just saying because when I played the Sims 3, it didn’t happen on there, but on the Sims 4 the Apple Dock was showing up when I scrolled to the edge of the screen, no matter where I put the dock (bottom, side, top). I thought it was just my computer. Thanks for the comments everyone.
