The game uninstallation is not working

I am Chinese. I hope you can understand this message.I downloaded  game through the EA App and saved it to my hard drive. During the download process, my hard drive was accidentally disconnected, but the download continued and completed. After completion, the game appeared ready to play, but when I tried to launch it, the App prompted me to repair the game. However, even after completing the repair, the game still wouldn't open. I then uninstalled the game from my hard drive. Despite uninstalling, the game interface remains visible in the EA App, and I'm unable to remove it completely. The App keeps requesting disk access permissions repeatedly, even though I've already granted them. The situation remains unchanged after multiple attempts.
