You're looking in the wrong Electronic Arts folder. User data is never stored in the Library > Application Support folder. Out of interest, why did you look there? I've noticed more people have been looking there and no idea why 🙂
Open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:
find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null
This searches for Sims 4 folder on your Mac.
