14th September 2021From: AryonaTo: The Sims's TeamDear Sims team,I have been having a problem with opening my gallery and every time it says something along the lines of “could not locate this item” with the big red X on it, I have been having this problem since the update in February of last year, and I know I'm not the only one having this problem. I wont lie I was looking at other peoples to see if it could work for me but I may have just made it worse for me.Sincerely,Aryona." PLEASE HELP"

Have you attempted multiple repairs of the game?
