Hey Noufrashid03,
Where are you located? Certain regions have standards that limit the availability of Sims 4, which would explain why the app isn't available for download.
If you're not located in one of the regions listed in that post, it'd be worth connecting with live support to see if there are any account-related issues preventing the game from being available.
