I am using a MacBook and I live in Saudi Arabia.

I recently created a new EA account and installed the EA App on macOS.

The problem is that The Sims 4 does not appear at all in the EA App:

1. It does not show in search
2. My Library is empty
3. I only see The Sims 3
4. I changed the EA App language to English
5. I restarted the app and cleared cache

I also tried Steam, but Steam shows a message that The Sims 4 is unavailable in my region, so I cannot add it to my library from there either.

I know that The Sims 4 is free-to-play and available in Saudi Arabia, so I believe this is a bug with the EA App on macOS, especially for new accounts.

Could you please advise how to add The Sims 4 to my EA library on Mac?
