Tips stuck on screen while playing

Hi I am new to this I've been playing sims since it  started I'm on sms 4 while playing I put the code in for  ctrl Shift c but I have now on the right hand of the screen. On screen tips bar (I think) it shows as below I can't delete it and gets in the way while playing. Any help please.
