Troubles saving households to the library–help!

Hi! I'm not new to the sims world, but I am new to playing the sims 4. I'm having tremendous amounts of trouble saving my households to the library. I've looked up and down for solutions, but nothing...

    @Bluebellflora I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!
    I didn't have the "show custom content" button selected when looking in the gallery/library. Now that it's selected, everything is showing up as it should. Who knew it was that simple, if it was a snake it would've bitten me hahaha

Ok. What is your EA name in the Gallery and the name of the household you can't find?
