TS4 keeps harassing me about notifications I cannot find.

Hello Simmers,

Anytime I open the game since the latest update, or load a save, I get greeted by one of those orange notifications. It tells me that my wall of notifications is full, and that it reached 200 hundred notifications.

So I went through my saves. There are saves I just straight up deleted, and others I loaded to clean their notification walls. I don't have any notifications left. I made sure to double check the notification walls, as I know they don't show all notifications at once. I deleted them all. But the game keeps greeting me with the same message.

I've took my mods folder off, I cleared my cache, I repaired my game. Still, I'm having the same issue. What can I do to make it stop?
